• WHERE WOULD I BE WORKING DAILY?

  Southeastern WI, and Northern IL.

  Our plants are in:

  Burlington,WI - Elkhorn, WI - Kenosha, WI - Belvidere, IL - Hampshire, IL - Monroe Center, IL - Spring Grove, IL and Volo, IL.

  Our customers are roughly within a 30-mile radius from each plant. Drivers, typically, haul 3-5 loads per day. Drivers will end at their home yard every day.

• WHAT TYPE OF BENEFITS DO YOU OFFER?

• IS POINT READY MIX SEASONAL?

  Yes. Point Ready Mix delivers concrete throughout the winter months, but we do have a busier season that starts in April and goes until the end of November or early December.

• HOW MUCH WORK IS THERE IN THE WINTER?

  There are no guarantees as we are dependent on the weather and our customers. Drivers could be looking at 3 months of slow work. However, with how busy we are in peak season, drivers have the ability to offset the winter months.

• WHAT IS THE PAY STRUCTURE?

  There are robust union scale pay packages including health & welfare, pension, holiday and vacation.
